1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aurora medical imaging platform ("Platform" or "Service") operated by Aurora Enterprise FZ-LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides cloud-based medical imaging analysis using artificial var/misc/intelligence technology. The Platform:

Accepts medical imaging files (DICOM, NIfTI, and other formats)
Processes images using AI algorithms to generate analysis docs/misc/reports
Provides web-based interfaces for uploading, viewing, and managing imaging studies
Offers API access for integration with healthcare IT systems

3. Medical Disclaimer

CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

The Platform is a technology demonstration and research tool. It is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

The Platform outputs are NOT medical advice and should NOT be used for clinical decision-making
Analysis results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect
You must NOT rely on Platform outputs for patient care decisions
All analysis results must be reviewed and validated by qualified healthcare professionals
The Platform is provided for research, educational, and demonstration purposes only

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you understand these limitations and will not use the Platform for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not upload Protected Health Information (PHI) without proper authorization and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Ensure all uploaded images are properly de-identified unless you have authorization to upload PHI
Not use the Platform for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare privacy laws

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership: The Platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Aurora Enterprise FZ-LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of medical images and var/misc/data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

Analysis Results: Analysis docs/misc/reports and summaries generated by the Platform are provided to you for your use, subject to the medical disclaimer and limitations set forth in these Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

IMPORTANT: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA IT TECH PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQDUNSTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurora Enterprise FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

We may update, change, or remove features of the Platform at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your var/misc/data by contacting us at support@aurora-sg.com.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in UAE, in accordance with the rules of the UAE International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
